Terms of Service For Ezine Publishers
(ADSHOME Classified Ad Co-op)

1. There is NO FEE for an ezine publisher to join the AdsHome Ad Co-op. ADSHOME is a member of ADSMARKET Ezine Advertising Network.

2. You MUST run your ezine at least once per week. Experience has shown that it is very difficult to handle all ads if published less than once per week.

3. Within 48 hours or less the ezine publisher must confirm to the advertiser the receipt of its classified ad.

4. The ezine publisher must publish 1 (one) subscriber's ad within 4 weeks of receiving a subscriber notice from AdsHome Ad Co-op. The subject line of such notice is NEW SUBSCRIBER from AdsHome Ad Co-op.

5. The ezine publisher reserves the right NOT to run an ad

   - if the advertiser decides to unsubscribe from the publisher's ezine before the ad is published.
   - if an autoresponder email address is submitted for the advertiser's subscribe email.
   - if advertiser's subscribe email address bounces for any reason.

6. In case the subscribers count of an ezine is not updated by the publisher for a period of time of more than 2 (two) months, such ezine shall be temporary suspended and then after one more month shall be removed from AdsHome Ad Co-op.

7. A publisher may leave AdsHome Ad Co-op at any time by sending an email message to the ad co-op owner whereby she/he requests to be removed. However all adverts received from us by the publisher before such request must be published in publisher's ezine.
